| I came away extremely happy with the service and repair on my SUV. I was always a firm believer in letting the dealership work on my vehicles until now. After 4 visits over 2 years to the Ford dealership to resolve a surging and stalling problem only to be told that this is normal and I would need to spend thousands to replace the a/c system. My neighbor recommended Convenient Auto and having nothing to lose I booked an appointment. They resolved the problem and only charged for 1 hour of labour. Plus they explained the repair so that I could understand what was fixed. It's been 3 weeks and my Explorer is running like a new truck again. I can't say enough good things about their technicians. Thank you, thank you, thank you !!! |
