| Todd did an amazing job making the experience great. He was extremely thorough and thoughtful in his communication and did an amazing job at making sure we were satisfied with the product that we were receiving! I would gladly refer Convenience auto to any person looking for quality work at a good price. Five stars Also he told us the job would take 2 hours to compete and was able to do that as well. |

| Paul and his team are incredible, I would highly recommend Convenience Auto Services to everyone. They are super honest, super helpful, fair priced auto mechanics. I had completely lost faith in finding a solution to a heater problem despite knowing what the issue most likely was but no one was listening to me. Any other mechanic said they would take hours to diagnose then the repair cost would on top of that costly diagnosis. Paul listened to what the issue was saving me literally hundreds of dollars by doing that one simple thing. He was able to source the problem within minutes and set me up with amazing temporary heat until the tricky to find part is sourced. I was amazed by his know how and get the job done attitude. I?ll be taking my ?99 4 runner to them for anything and everything it may need. Thank you again so much, Paul and team!!! |
